About this wine:

Tasting notes:

Wine with deep ruby ​​colour and some garnet nuance. Nose is pronounced and at the same time delicate yet developing. Flavours are of ripe cherry, dry red fruits, red bell pepper, nutmeg, toast, and touches of earth (forest floor) and leather. In the mouth is dry, medium acidity and medium body. Intensive flavours to find back, ripe and dried fruits, red bell peppers, nutmeg, vanilla and leather. Juicy texture with lots of ripe tannins and very elegant long aftertaste.

    Best with:

game dishes (boar, deer), stewed or roasted lamb, flemish stew, ripened cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino, Bruges or Flandrien ripe etc.)
