About this wine:
"Our answer and vision from region Sakar, Bulgaria of the" Bordeaux-blend "- balanced blend of 55% Merlot (obtained in stainless steel tank), 40% Cabernet Franc and for "pepper and salt" 5% the local Rubin (matured in various oak barrels in total for 30 months). Wine with deep ruby colour and some garnet nuance. Nose is pronounced and at the same time delicate yet developing. Flavours are of ripe cherry, dry red fruits, red bell pepper, nutmeg, toast, and touches of earth (forest floor) and leather. In the mouth is dry, medium acidity and medium body. Intensive flavours to find back, ripe and dried fruits, red bell peppers, nutmeg, vanilla and leather. Juicy texture with lots of ripe tannins and very elegant long aftertaste.
