After the great success nationally and internationally of Bratanov 3-blend red wine, the new creation of Bratanov family winery is a white 3-blend wine! 3 grapes come to perfection in this blend Chardonnay 50% , Viognier 30% en Tamianka 20%. All grapes from our own vineyard close to the famous wine village of Shishmanovo Vineyards in southern Bulgaria. Hand-picked and only the best grapes strolled to vinify separately - spontaneous fermentation with Wild yeast (WF), then aged for 10 months in 2 Bulgarian oak barrels of 400 l. Thanks to regular "bâtonnage" (stirring of the lees) during maturation in barrels, the wine develops richness, complexity, and structure. With excellent harmony between the three grape varieties, the wine maintains its fruity and floral character, subtly enriched by contact with Bulgarian oak.

Our tasting notes:

Light golden yellow color with a sparkle look. Nose is expressive, full yet elegant and the 3 grapes come into a perfect combination, which makes for an exciting and complex wine. Aromas of flowers, dry spices, ripe citrus fruits, pineapple, baked apple, cream, smoky and some mineral notes. Full in the mouth, pleasant texture with a lot of balance between the fruit, the acids and the alcohol. Thanks to the good concentration of the fruit and the integrated high acids that are the motor of this wine, it is so exciting with a long memorable and soft final.
