• Bulgarian Heritage Dimyat 2017

Tasting notes:
This wine has a lemon yellow color. Attractive scent of roasted nuts, green pear with vanilla. Dense with medium body in the mouth with stone-fruit, pear, citrus, roasted Amanda's, flinty mineral and smokey notes . This wine is made of 100 % Dimyat, a local variety of Bulgaria.

Good with:  on its own, mussels, pasta with vegetables or with seafood, trout with vegetables, chicken, salads and fruit dessert.

“Bulgarian Heritage” line – the idea behind these wines is to show the potential of the indigenous Bulgarian grape varieties from the most popular red like “Mavrud” and white “Dimyat” to the almost forgotten one like “Red Misket”.

The Dimyat is an ancient Bulgarian grape variety. Today Dimyat can be found throughout Bulgaria and gives fine fresh wines. Just like this one.
