About this wine:
This “Orange” wine is made by Keratsuda a symbolic variety for the Struma Valley, famous wine region, near boarder of Greece. Often overlooked, and used for basic table wine, but last decennia it's potential in a different manifestation is very much welcomed. The orange colour is due to using the “orange wine” production technology, leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the juice for about 30 days. Then the wine ages for 10 months in used French oak barrels. Unfiltered.
The wine is characterized by a beautiful, deep gold colour. Complex and distinctive aromas of ripe stone fruit, quince, dried flowers, honey, mandarin, smoke notes.
