“Erelia” is premier class wine of Rumelia Wine cellar that combines the advantages of four varieties – Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mavrud. All these types of grapes come from own vineyards. They are vinified separately, each of them approached individually. After fermentation for about 3 weeks, the wines are stored in French new barrels for 18 months.The name ‘Erelia’ comes from the old name of the village of Smilets – Erelia, the territory where the vineyards are situated.

This blend has opaque ruby-red colour. Distinct aroma with accents of ripe cherry, blackcurrant, stewed red and black fruit, green leaves and dried spices. Complex and balanced full bodied wine with velvety tannins and high acidity. In de mouth accents of plums, black cherry, spice like cinnamon, tobacco and vanilla, dried red fruit.. Its long lasting aftertaste makes this wine easily your perfect choice!
We advise you to open the bottle at least an hour before enjoying it.
