“Symbiose” of two red noble varieties Merlot and Mavrud, one of the most typical Sakar varieties, proving that even in difficult years for viticulture, this area can give excellent results. A blend of several lots Merlot and Mavrud grown in vineyard near Shishmanovo village - Sakar hills, Thracian valley.

Our tasting notes:
The wine has a dark ruby red color with a garnet hue. In the nose delicious aromas of dark fruit (cherries, plum), ripe forest fruits, rosehip jam and dry spices such as oregano and thyme. In the mouth, with ripe soft tannins and high acidity, nice structure and dry. Rich taste palette of dark cherry, plum and a touch of jam and black pepper. Smooth and juicy wine with a remarkable aftertaste.Quality and character of the wine in one word: "terroir" from Bratanov's.
