Our tasting notes:
The specific characteristics of the three grapes complement each other to evolve into intriguing and harmonious wine with expressive nose. Aromas of red and black plums, cassis, ripe cherry, dried spice, black pepper, toast and vanilla. The taste is smooth with good fruit concentration and lot of ripe tannins, yet fresh and balanced, due to its high well-preserved acidity that accompanies the wine to its long smooth finish.
Best with:
cold meat starters, steak, burger, lamb, duck, barbeque, stewed, moussaka, cheese.
