Zitara Rosé made from Grenache and Mourvèdre, sourced from organic and selected parcels specifically for rosé production. This is the premium Rosé from the winery 'Four Friends'. We thought we had tasted all types of rosé wines from Bulgaria until this one landed in our glass! The color is slightly light, peachy with rosé glimmers. Intense nose, with nuances of juicy white fruit and wild strawberry. The taste is very well balanced with notes of white flowers, juicy peach, and a light mineral undertone. Well-structured body, gentle freshness, and a long, delicate finish.

This makes this rosé extremely suitable as an aperitif, on the terrace in the summer, or as suggested by chef Herwig Belmans from restaurant  Zjalto: Glazed eel with onion broth; Lightly smoked fish; Ceviche; Quail or a piece of duck.
