For the winemaker Edoardo Miroglio sparkling wine merits a special place in his product range. Therefore, Miroglio makes the vineyards especially grow for this type of sparkling wine. This counts mostly for its high quality. Also important is the winemaking – Miroglio uses the Traditional Method like in Champagne, but with minimum 24 months on the lees!

The wine has a pale gold colour with green hues and fine bubbles. Intensive nose with aromas of red fruit, lemon, white stone fruit, toast, cream, brioche and mineral. The pallet is dry with a high acidity, full body with creamy mousse and texture. Flavours of citrus fruit, red fruit, dried fruit, toast, smoke, brioche, mineral, all together complex and very expressive. Elegant round finish.
