• Edoardo Miroglio Brut Grand Cuvée 2011

For winemaker Edoardo Miroglio, sparkling wine holds a special place in the portfolio. The vineyards for this Brut are specifically cultivated for this purpose, which largely explains its outstanding quality.
This Brut Grand Cuvée is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the 2011 vintage. It is crafted using the traditional method and aged on the lees for no less than 12 years, resulting in remarkable depth and complexity.
Disgorgement: November 2024

Tasting notes
The wine displays a beautiful golden color with fine, well-integrated bubbles. The nose is intense and complex, offering aromas of stone fruit, toast, brioche, honey, and bread crust. On the palate, it is dry, with mature acidity and perfectly integrated mousse. The full body and smooth texture lead to a rich and elegant profile, finishing with a long and refined aftertaste.

Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif for special occasions. Pairs beautifully with fish dishes, white and semi-hard cheeses, cold cuts, and tapas.
