Produced by an ancient Italian recipe of the Miroglio family. It is based on green walnuts, wine distillate and wine.

Every time we visit Edoardo Miroglio wine domain in the village of Elenovo, we get this beautifully made liqueur after the wine tasting!

Very pleasant, certainly not a sweet biscuit but a refined and complex drink. It is to be consumed as a digestive or in fun cocktail.
