For winemaker Edoardo Miroglio, sparkling wine holds a special place in the range. The vineyards used for this sparkling wine are cultivated specifically for that purpose, which largely explains its high quality. Another key factor is the winemaking technique: Miroglio uses the Traditional Method, just like in Champagne, and goes even further by allowing the wine to age at least 24 months on the lees!

This Brut Rosé is made from Pinot Noir, from the 2020 vintage, with a light dosage. Disgorgement: October 2024

Our tasting notes: This wine displays fine, persistent bubbles and a beautifully intense color. The nose is expressive and refined, with fruity aromas of small red berries, hints of brioche, and a touch of salty minerality. On the palate, it shows a pleasant mousse, is dry, with well-integrated high acidity and a medium body. A notable strength is the balance between fruit, mousse, and fresh acidity.

Best enjoyed with: shellfish, light starters, or as an aperitif.
