EM brand from Edoardo Miroglio is intended for the highest quality grape from its own vineyards, close to the village of Elenovo in the Thracian valley. This concentrated and intense at the same time elegant rosé wine is a testament to the high quality of the fruit, because it is said that great wines are born on the vineyard, although people do not lack knowledge at the Italian / Bulgarian producer. This is a fresh, culinair and memorable example of two grape varieties Melnik 65%, a Bulgarian variety from the southern wine regions and the global Pinot Noir 35% each vinified separately and assembled before bottling. Without oak barrel ripening, partial malolactic fermentation of the acids to remain fresh and tight and then matured "sur lie" on the fine lees for 8 months in the bottle.

Our tasting Notes: 

The wine has an elegant peach color with hue of onion skin. Intense, at the same time elegant mineral nose and fruit of white peach, red grapefruit, citrus, rhubarb and some floral blossom. On the palate it is medium bodied and dry, with a high acidity and a lot of freshness and a lot of fruit concentration. Honored complex and culinary wine that can please everyone and leave a memorable moment behind.
