"Symbiose" series are the first wines brought on the market by Bratanov winery. Today still solid and intriguing top wines. Using the wild yeast of its own vineyards, these wines are the expression of a strong and positive symbiotic relationship between man and the vineyard, with other words… sustainability!

“Symbiose” of Merlot and Syrah. Interesting here is the vinification in two different ways: the juice of Merlot is derived by directly pressing the grapes, while for the Syrah the “Saignée” method is used, ‘making bleed the grapes’. The result is a wine to enjoy every day.

Our tasting notes:
This wine has rose-salmon colour. Delicate taste of watermelon intriguing herbs and liquorice. The body is elegant and round with fruit taste of pink grapefruit and honey. Medium and slightly spicy finish.

Best with:
by its own, salads, cold starters, barbeque, fresh cheeses and fruit desserts.
