Bratanov's Taminaka wine is undoubtedly one of their signature wines! They have one of the best and oldest vines of this Balkan grape -Tamianka. A few years ago Bratanov decided to produce late ripening 'late harvest' Tamianka in addition to their dry wine. After 5 years of waiting in the oak barrels, Tamianka 'late harvest' (dessert wines) is ready. The result is a sublime, complex, balanced and culinary wine to say wow!
Tasting Notes: Colour is beautiful deep gold almost amber. Nose is very pronounced and rich. Aromas over ripe soft fruit, honey, dry flowers, almonds, cream, toast, caramel, mineral. Balanced and harmonious between the fruit and the acids therefore you get a sublime sensation of freshness. Rich wine and certainly not a sticky sweet wine. Full body, complex with intense flavour profile and long finish. Culinary wine with long aging potential.
