This Chadonnay wine has intense golden color. Elegant and complex nose with accents of tropical fruit, cream, roasted nuts and sweet vanilla with excellent acidity bring the wine in perfect balance. Very good integration of oak taste through the fermentation in oak barrels.
Best with:
rich fish like turbot of salmon, shrimp, lobster with stronger sauces. Veal with mushroom sauce, baked chicken breast. Cheddar, Camembert and Soft Cheese like Young Gold.
