Make your selection
Choose your wine, just like you would do it in a wine shop. Inspire yourself by our information and advices on flavours, best combination with dishes, the philosophy and approach of the winemaker or the reviews about our wines made by other customers. You find all this in a concise way on our website. You still have some questions ? No problem, please give us a call. At Bulgariantopwines.com you can order wine from 6 bottles. This may be six different bottles, of course. Exceptions are the gift boxes containing 1, 2 or 3 bottles.

Go to your cart
Have you chosen your wine? Then go to your cart. There you will get an overview of your order and the price. For orders from € 100 the delivery is free of charge in Belgium and the Netherlands. More information about delivery here.
Orders are only possible upon acceptance of the terms and conditions and for persons older than 18 years. Therefore please click both check boxes on this declaration at the order page.
Are you already a registered customer? Then you can log in and your data will be automatically filled.
Are you a new customer? Fill in all required fields. Make it easy for any following order: create an account and the system will remember your details and the history of your orders. So you will not be required to complete forms all over again every time you buy your favourite wine.

Safely order and pay
Have you filled in all the information? Then you can pay via the secure page of Mollie and so confirm your order.
We accept payments via Bancontact, Maestro, Ideal, MasterCard, Visa and bank transfer. We deliver your goods within 4 working days after we have received the payment.
Please note: if your order or part of it is out of stock, we will contact you to agree upon another possible delivery. If the delivery time is not acceptable for you, you can cancel your order of non-deliverable wines and we will refund the corresponding amount.
We automatically confirm your order by email.

When you order wine, you also want to get it delivered smoothly, quickly and safely. That’s where we go for at BulgarianTopwines.com! Delivery is made by ourselves, via SendingWines( part of DPD group) and for small quantities / gifts with Bpost, within 4 working days. If possible, even faster!
We ship your wines in a special protective box. Furthermore, we insure the shipment. In brief, you can count upon a smooth and safe delivery.

How does happen the delivery?

If you are a new customer, please enter your data during the checkout process. If you are already a customer, your data will appear automatically when you log in. Your wines will be delivered within maximum four business days after your order. If possible, even faster!

Deliveries by SendingWines (DPD), PostNL, DHL  happened  from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5 pm. When delivered by Bulgaraintopwine.com, we always will make an appointment for the most appropriate delivery moment for you.
Do you want your goods to be delivered to an address different from your home? No problem. Click "Send to another address” at checkout. For example if you are not at home, you can specify any other address in Belgium, with your neighbour, your work ... So you will be sure to get quick delivery of your wines.
In order to get a smooth delivery, please give us an address where someone is present from 9 am-5 pm.
Once we have received your payment, we will keep you informed about the status of your delivery.

What are the delivery terms?

Belgium:

Free delivery on all orders over € 100

Per delivery below this amount in Belgium : € 8,70

The Netherlands 

Free delivery on all orders over € 140 
Per delivery below this amount in The Netherlands: € 13,80

What if you are not at home at the time of delivery?

If you cannot attend the delivery, courier will leave a message in your box. You can make free of charge a second appointment using the listed number. Miss out the second time? Then you will be invited to pack up your goods in a collection point nearby.Is there still a problem? Please contact us by phone or via info@bulgaarsetopwijnen.be to find a solution.

Deliveries by Bulgariantopwines.com we always make an appointment via the provided telephone or email ! 

What if the delivery is damaged?

If, despite all the care that we take for fast, smooth and safe delivery, still a bottle is broken, refuse the order as a whole, please give it back to the courier and we ensure that you get a new delivery as soon as possible.
Sendingwines.be guarantees fragile delivery of your order in specially protected wine boxes. If, despite all the good care still a bottle broken, refuse the order as a whole, give the packet back on  the courier and Bulgarian Topwines ensures that you  get soon a new package of your order. 

Note! Please, check the delivery before signing for receipt.

In case of Retour 

Taste will always remain a personal matter. Even though we take absolute care to meet your expectations, it may happen that the wine is not your taste. Or that it has a problem...

- if the wine is not your taste, you may return any unopened and undamaged bottle, just send it back at your charge, within 14 days of receipt and without any questions asked. You will receive a voucher for the value of the returned bottles.
- the wine has a "problem": the opened bottle has cork, or is oxidized or otherwise technically not correct. Bulgariantopwines.com will replace your bottle. In that case, please close the open bottle and keep it, so that we can give feedback to the winemaker.

The prices are in Euro(€) per bottle or per sample pack, according to the statement on the web shop at the time of the order or as long as supplies last. Unless indicated otherwise, bottles have 0.75 liter capacity.
The prices quoted are inclusive VAT (21%), excise and package tax.

All offers at BulgariaTopwines.com have a validity period as indicated on the web page, in the mailing or in the price list. ‘Selling off’ actions are valid as long as the concerned wines are available at Bulgarian Topwines stock.

Quality refers not only to the Bulgarian Topwines as such, but also to the information we offer you about the wines. We do everything to provide our web shop visitors and customers with accurate, appropriate and relevant information. Also the availability for each product is automatically displayed in our web shop. In case of a unintentional mistake or unexpected circumstances that make some products no longer available at the time of your order, Bulgarian Topwines will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
