An exceptionally artistic wine made of the famous Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) white grape variety. It is neither white, nor pink, nor red – it is an orange rosé. The wine ferments for 30 days with the squeezed sweet grapes harvested in early September from own vineyards near the town of Shumen. An extremely refreshing wine, which is the perfect opener to any dinner and pairs well with light appetizers, pasta and seafood.
Our tasting notes:
A deep rose colour, unfiltered rosé/orange wine from the grape variety Pinot Gris. This wine is dry, light in taste and spicy, with a rich aroma of wild plums, pomegranate and grapefruit. Refreshing, quirky and well balanced wine.
