Tasting Notes: Crafted from the classic Broadleaf Melnik (Shiroka Melnik), this ruby-red wine stands out with its vibrant color. The bouquet blends aromas of cherry leaves, freshly cut grass, and roasted red fruits. Light-bodied, with firm tannins and a lively, fresh finish.
Food pairings: pasta, cheese, lenten dishes, game (boar, grouse), pork with cream sauces, lamb with tomato sauce
