Bratanov family winery, synonymous of a dream that came true about a father and his sons who, after more than 50 years, restore in honour the tradition of their ancestors. Through hard work and dedication they make wines reflecting the sunny nature of Southern Sakar, with attention to quality grapes, the uniqueness of the terroir, the spirit of the creators and a craft process with minimal technical interventions. Their vineyard doesn't know pesticides or herbicides and no commercial yeast but well 'wild yeast' from own vineyard.  Since 2016, all Bratanov wines have been produced through spontaneous fermentation, making the Bratanov winery the first in Bulgaria to take this step.
