DeVina Winery Story

The foundation of this wine project is a shared dream of four friends – and above all, wine lovers. Their story begins in 2016 with the first vineyard plantings. Four years later, in 2020, they release their first vintage. In 2024 comes the breakthrough: their wine The Guest Dimyat 2024 is included in the prestigious Bulgarian ranking DiVino TOP50!

“At deVina, we strive to let our wines reflect the terroir as purely as possible. Our wines breathe their origin: the coolness of the climate, the gentle sea breeze, and the sandy, calcareous soils rich in fossils. Our cellar is located right in the heart of the vineyards – the grapes travel only 100 to 200 meters. This short distance is essential for our production method and the spontaneous fermentations. We work exclusively with our own grapes, ensuring consistent quality and a distinctive style.” — Dragomir Slavchev, co-owner & oenologist.
