The idea behind the “Bulgarian Heritage” line is to show the potential of the indigenous Bulgarian grape varieties, from the most popular red like “Mavrud”, "Rubin" and white “Dimyat” to the almost forgotten ones like “Red Misket”.
Rubin is a young Bulgarian grape variety, a crossing between Nebbiolo and Syrah. Yeahhh crazy, right? It's name comes from the deep-ruby color of the wine. Read more about Rubin variety in our Blog.

Our tasting notes:A wine with deep ruby-red colour. Intense and rich nose of sweet spices, red cherry, raspberry, plum with notes of white pepper, toast, cream and mokka. Good, medium juicy body, medium ripe tannin, combined with fresh fruits – cherry, plum, slightly spicy, smoky and creamy, long finish. Very enjoyable wine with good structure and freshness!
