For the winemaker Edoardo Miroglio sparkling wine merits a special place in his product range. Therefore, Miroglio makes the vineyards especially grow for its range sparklings. This counts mostly for its high quality. Also important is the winemaking – Miroglio uses the Traditional Method like in Champagne, but with minimum 24 months on the lees! "Blanc de Blanc"  stands for white wine made from only white grape varieties and most commonly from 100% Chardonnay.

Our tasting notes: This sparkling wine shows fine bubbles and beautiful golden-lemon colour. Intensive nose and yet soft with aromas of ripe citrus fruit, apple, toast, almond, bread dough, brioche and some mineral-salty touch, result due to long ripening “on the lees”. On the palate it is dry with well integrated high acidity, full body, with elegant and balanced mousse and texture. Backed by citrus and stone fruits, this ripe style strikes a perfect balance between the acidity and creamy flavours of the wine.
