The grapes for the wine were harvested in the middle of October from the vineyards of the Tsarev Brod Wine Cellar near the city of Shumen. The wine fermented at a temperature of 18° for 60 days. Aged on sediment/ ' sur lie' for 12 months without any preservatives/sulfates. Bottled at the end of November 2021 .

This 100% Riesling wine from its own vineyards has a glossy, vibrant golden colour with green nuances. Rich and powerful with noble, polished aromas of ripen apricots, toasted nuts, resin, caramel, wax, quince with honey and minerals. Lovely full body with amazing balance and freshness, juicy, rounded, with delicate saleness and long finish.

Best with:  

Pairs well with cheese, mussels; Raw, pickled and smoked fish. Chicken curry or Asian style preparation.
