For the winemaker Edoardo Miroglio sparkling wine merits a special place in his product range. Therefore, Miroglio makes the vineyards especially grow for its range sparklings. This counts mostly for its high quality. Also important is the winemaking – Miroglio uses the Traditional Method like in Champagne, but with minimum 24 months on the lees!
Our tasting notes:
The wine has a gentle pink colour with orange hues and fine bubbles. Intensive nose yet gentle with aromas of red forest, raspberry, lemon, rosé peach and toast, cream, bread dough, brioche and minerally result of long “on the lees” ripening. The pallet is dry with a high acidity, full body, with soft mousse and texture. Backed up with summer red fruit and stone fruit. The ripe style is well married with apple acidity and balanced, creamy, toasty richness.

fish dishes, white and yellow cheeses, cold meat starters and light starters, tapas, with apero food
