• Borovitza MRV 2021

These Bulgarian top wines from Borovitza winery are called MRV, Marsanne, Roussanne & Viognier, and are a typical blend of these southern French grape varieties. Natural and low sulfite wine. In terms of style, idiosyncratic, rather complex, full-bodied and food-oriented wine.

Our tasting notes:

Nose is rather closed. Aromas of white stone fruit, vanilla and spiciness in the mouth complemented by a fine integrated acidity and full body. For lovers of complex white wines with a lot of character. This wine has mature potential of 6 to 8 years.

Best with:

king crab, lobster, langoustine, heartier fish dishes (salmon, eel, tuna), fine poultry, BBQ
