"Symbiose" series are the first wines brought on the market from Bratanov wine cellar. Today still solid and intriguing top wines.
Wines without oak aging, which are the expression of a strong and positive symbiotic relationship between the vineyard and mankind, with other words - sustainable wines! A unique blend between the well-known French variety Chardonnay and the almost forgotten Bulgarian variety of Tamianka.
Our tasting notes: This wine has youthful lemon color. Nose is expressive and fresh not too aromatic. Aromas of blossom, flowers and yellow stone fruit peach and apricot, pineapple, best of orange. Pure wine without oak barrel maturation, only a few months "sur lie" matured that gives extra complexity and volume of the wine waxy - honey notes. The wine is dry with high acidity and medium body, juicy medium body and texture. In the mouth: pronounced flavors of lemon zest, peach, apricot, flowers, apple, bakery spices, some bitterness of grapefruit. Rather fresh and balanced wine that has a lot to offer, with a long fruity aftertaste!
on its own, salads with goat cheese, avocado-north sea shrimp, seafood & fish, vegetarian pasta
