"Merul Reserve" is a wine with style and power ripened for at least 12 months in small barrels of the French Barrique type (225l). All grapes comes from own vineyard. All wines of the "Merul Reserve" series bear the label "Protected Geographical Indication",Thracian Valley.

Our tasting notes: 

Wine with dark ruby red color, complex bouquet of ripe, blueberries, cherries, plums, herbs, dried leaves, pepper chocolate notes. A great combination between the old Bulgarian grape Mavrud and the classic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full fleshy body with ripe tannin structure, balanced and long finish with notes of spices, vanilla and leather, chocolate.

We advise to open the bottle at least one hour before enjoying it.

Best with:  

grilled meats, red meat, lamb, horse steak, pasta with tomato sauce.
