Our tasting notes:

Color: Dark ruby red vivid colour with shades of violet.

Aroma: On the nose is fruity and floral, expressive typical varietal characteristics of cherry, plums, violets and some sweet spices.

Taste: Medium body, great acidity, ripe medium tannins and well balanced juicy in the mouth, making it easy drinking yet characterized by the warm region of Melnik.

Combining with food: Lamb, Pork, Pasta, Pizza, Cheese.
