The grapes used for this wine are harvested at the end of September 2017 from our own vineyard near the town of Shumen. Classic temperature controlled as. fermentation and then aged for 8 months on the 'fine lees' for more extract of flavor and aromas but also body.
Our tasting notes:
Pale lemon colour. Elegant citrus fruits, flowers and honey that are typical of this grape variety, wax notes and slightly bottle aging charecters.. A tight and harmonious body, with a good potential for bottle ageing, now is ready to drink.
Best with:
pairs well with cheese, mussels, green salades, sushi/ raw fish.
