For winemaker Edoardo Miroglio, sparkling wine has a special place in the range. In fact, the vineyards for this sparkling wine are grown specifically for making this type of wine. This largely explains the high quality. Another important component is the winemaking technique - Miroglio uses the "Traditional Method", as in Champagne, plus on top of that at least 24 months on the lees! "Brut Zero" stands for Zero Dosage or in other words no addition of extra sugar/sweet wine. This brut zero is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and is non-vintage.

Our tasting notes:
The wine shows fine large bubbles and a beautiful lemon yellow color. Intense nose yet soft with aromas of citrus, ripe apple, creamy, white fruit, brioche and some mineral-salty touch, the result of the long aging "on the fine lees". On the palate with pleasing mousse/ bubbles, dry with well-integrated high acidity, medium-bodied yet elegant and balanced sparkling wine. With added value balance between the fruit, mousse and fresh acids.
Best with: oysters, seafood, white and yellow cheeses, light starters, as an aperitif
