Pét-Nat (FR: Pétillant - Naturel) is simple road natural sparkling wine, made according to the old method, where the wine is bottled before the end of alcoholic fermentation. Completely natural, with no sulphites or sugar added. This type of wine is therefore classified as 'brut-nature'. Yet it is fruity and delicate. 

Our tasting notes:

Has a beautiful straw yellow colour with light green hues. The aroma has a delicate fruitiness dominated by green apples and pear, white peach and floral touches. Palate: has harmonious body with fine bubbles, juicy, refreshing and with a pleasant finish. Serving temperature: 4-6°C

Suitable dishes: Fish, seafood, salad. Can also be consumed on its own or with appetisers.
