Wines without oak aging, which are the expression of a strong and positive symbiotic relationship between the vineyard and mankind, with other words -  sustainable wines! A unique blend between the well-known French variety Chardonnay and the almost forgotten Bulgarian variety of Tamianka.

Our tasting notes:
This wine has a youthful lemon color. The nose is expressive, fresh, and slightly aromatic. Aromas of yellow stone fruits—peach, pineapple, ripe citrus—along with floral and mineral notes. A pure wine with no oak aging, matured "sur lie" for a few months in stainless steel, adding extra complexity and volume, with hints of wax and honey. The wine is dry with high acidity, a juicy medium body, and a smooth texture. On the palate: pronounced flavors of citrus, peach, flowers, apple, baking spices, waxy and a hint of grapefruit bitterness. A fresh and well-balanced wine with plenty to offer.
