Elenovo Reserve is the range of wines meant to be the signature wines of Edoardo Miroglio. The Italian entrepreneur, since he started with the winery in Thracian valley, never shut the door for the local varieties, as it is the case for Rubin (a variety resulting from cruising Nebbiolo and Syrah). The region of Elenovo village is known for its high quality structured and full of flavours wines from the Rubin. The village of Elenovo has PDO status.

Our tasting notes: 

The wine has deep ruby colour. Intense and rich aromas of ripe black cherries, blackcurrant, black plums with spice of black pepper and dried herbs. In the mouth it is again rich and full bodied, with medium acidy and silky tannins with a lot of structure.  Taste of black and red fruit, liquorice and notes of dark chocolate, spices and dried leaves. Long and memorable finish.

Best with: 

game, pork, lamb, ossobuco, ribeye.
