During vinification, 20% of the wine matures in oak barrels while the remaining 80% rests on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks — all without added preservatives.

The result is a glowing amber Chardonnay with impressive depth and complexity. Expect inviting aromas of dried apricot, candied citrus, gentle spice and a delicate hint of acacia honey. The palate is rich and layered, with a refined tannic texture from the skin contact and a lively freshness that keeps the wine vibrant.
