This 'Bella Rada' cuvée from the "Great Terroirs" wine series certainly did not steal its name. Grapes have been counted in different regions in northwestern Bulgaria and from 64-year-old vines. A cuvée of mainly Rkatsiteli grape and partly of international Aligote and Chardonnay. Rkatsiteli is one of the oldest known white wine grape in the world! And at the same time the most widely planted white wine grape in Bulgaria.
Our tasting notes:
Bella Rada cuvée from Borovitza winery has a rather rich style, dry and good balanced. Taste of ripe stone fruit, melon somewhat creamy but with sufficient fraîcheur. The great diversity in style, the vinification method and the aging for 6 months in used oak barrels, play a strong role.

BBQ, fish dishes, lobster, white meat & poultry
