Region: Varna, Northern Black Sea Coast, Danubian Plain PGI. A cool microclimate with a constant sea breeze, located just 15 km from the coast with a southeastern exposure and direct influence from maritime winds. Estate-owned vineyards in Komluka (Devnya Municipality), near the natural phenomenon Pobiti Kamani (The Stone Forest). Approximately 1.5 hectares of Misket vines, 7 years old, planted on a hill with an eastern slope of 6 to 7% at an altitude of 170 m. Sandy, limestone-rich soils, low in humus and rich in fossils and limestone formations.

Hand-harvested in small crates (10 kg) on 26.08.2024. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were cooled and underwent 8 hours of skin contact. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 15 to 16°C. No oak ageing.

Colour: Pale straw yellow with silver reflections.

Nose: Generous and expressive, showcasing the variety's typical aromas; a floral bouquet of freesia, white rose, violets, and ripe melon.

Palate: Elegant and well-structured, with notes of lavender, rose, and flowers, leading to a long finish of sweet melon and ripe pear.

Pairs beautifully with fried or marinated fish, mussels with thyme, soft cheeses, chicken, risotto, and pasta with Mediterranean herbs. Also excellent as an aperitif.
